Abstract

The paper outlines the problem of disparity existing occupations and levels of qualifi cations of workers demands of employers and the imbalance between supply and demand of labor in the labor market, whose solution requires an update of the whole system of vocational education. It is noted that the success of the modernization of VET depends on the effi cient operation of all its subjects, including VET managers which provide this process focus and manageability. In turn, management activities VET leaders involved processing a huge volume of diverse and competent service information to use it. Therefore, information and analysis of VET leaders are part of their management activities. Emphasized on the fact that one of the most important tasks of information and analysis of the head of the institution is to monitor the quality of vocational education services that can be performed using, for example, IAS system «Profteh». Examples of reports Kiev Higher School sewing and hairdressing and Interregional higher professional school of communication as a result of the introduction of this system in vocational work in Kiеv described indicators and indices. It is concluded that the diagnosis of the skills helps managers of educational institutions to avoid biased stimates, you can analyze and make necessary adjustments to the educational process, continuous efforts for improvement of the teaching staff, teachers and masters of industrial training.
