Abstract

During the 60's of the twentieth century. public authorities, engineers, educators, workers basic enterprises, representatives of health inspection and supervision of fire, considerable attention was paid to monitoring compliance with safety regulations - an important condition for productivity of students in the context of an enabling environment for teaching and production process.
