Abstract
The topic of the work is to reflect the problem in relation to essence of the basic approaches to the management of motivation of professional activity of pedagogical workers. Foreign and domestic experience of theoretical –methodological principles of motivation of labour activity is analyses. Examining motivation of professional activity as a function of management of a person we must understand that exactly motivation gives the direction to achievement of aims and influences on energy which is mobilized for realization of this activity. General point of view among the researchers of management and the management of education in particular according to a list and maintenance of management functions doesn’t exist for today. The basic functions of management the educational systems which are grounded by science can be projected on principle positions of management development of motivation of professional activity of pedagogical workers, what testifies to certain representation of the defined principle positions: determination of aims as result of activity (planning); providing the management system on the basis of feedback (organization of implementation, monitoring methods); an openness to the changes(analysis of results and correction of activity); unity of management processes (co-operation of all participants of educational process). Efficiency of motivation of professional activity of pedagogical workers is determined by general end-points, they are high productivity of labour, high efficiency, high quality of educational services. Introduction of the motivational monitoring of activity of pedagogical workers will decrease the negative influence of destructive changes in establishment, because the motivational monitoring is the system with feedback, which overcomes the aggregate of stimuli which form among the workers of establishment motivational conditionals according to the use of innovations as basic mean of receipt by organization of competitive advantages.
