Abstract
In the article investigated the andragogics principles of formation of the creative person, which contributes to the formation of a coherent innovation educational space. The analyzed prospects of a synergistic approach in addressing major the andragogics problems. This approach allows us to represent andragogy as a model of innovative education, which forms in the individual the creative competence, the ability for innovative thinking, social and professional mobility.
