Abstract
In article analyzed the dynamics of creativity as complex of difficult processes. Based on the synergetic approach describes the structure and mechanisms of tumor. First disclosed the essence of the concept of "kairos", as the potential for the emergence of a new impulse, which makes possible the dynamics of the creative process and sets the vector further development.
