Abstract

In the article the andragogics principles of training teachers to work with gifted children, which contributes to the formation of a coherent creative educational space. Determined that the readiness of teachers to work with gifted students is the result of his deliberate systematic training to substantiate, which the basic on the andragogics principles: self-education, self-determination, self-correction, updating the learning outcomes of intersubjectivity, the organization of the life time, the development of creative thinking and the creative potential. The analyzed prospects of a synergistic approach in addressing major the andragogics problems. This approach allows us to represent andragogy as a model of innovative education, which forms in the individual the creative competence, the ability for innovative thinking, social and professional mobility.
