Abstract

Special course includes theoretical and practical aspects of creative competences and improving educational workers in the system of postgraduate education: problems of teaching staff readiness for professional work, technique and technology development and improvement of creative thinking, problem diagnosis and measurement of creativity teachers. The structure consists of a special course teaching and thematic plan, program content, tasks for independent work, questions for self-control, compound exercises for the development and creative self-diagnostic competence, the list of recommended literature and thesaurus.Special course will promote the development of creativity teaching staff as part of their professional competence. Designed for teachers and teaching staff of postgraduate education, including distance to explore on stage, as well as for anyone interested in the improvement and development of creativity and creative thinking.
