Abstract
The manual addresses the problem of development of small schools that operate in rural areas, the essence of their multifunctional role in the educational space . The features of small management school presented a theoretical justification model for managing the development of education. The manual includes material practical implementation of models of small rural schools.The modern village school is in the new socio -economic conditions of rural areas, which affect the formation of the relationship between education and local industrial and business organizations , the actualization of change and innovation associated with new educational standards , needs and demands of children and their parents to quality education.Based on variable modeling of secondary schools located in rural areas, solved the problem of providing quality education in the schools of small , increasing the competitiveness of rural students , updated the management of such institutions , indicating that the innovative nature of their operation.Given this significant change management system requires a comprehensive educational institution that provides its further development. However, this process is lengthy and largely depends on the competent management, implementation of management functions, activity, and efficiency is the interest of all participants in the educational process.The main goal that put the author - identify trends of small schools and to develop a model of management development institutions , given their specific characteristics.The content of the manual can be helpful for both beginners and experienced leaders of small schools, teachers who are preparing for or teaching activities in such institutions and will serve educators who care about the problems of rural schools.
