Abstract

In a methodical manual it is reflected both general approaches in relation to professional education future skilled workers and concrete recommendation in relation to upgrading educational-educate works of middle general and profesiyno-tekhnichnikh educational establishments after this direction. In a manual it is reflected psikhologo-pedagogical principles of professional education of students of professional educational institutions, conceptual principles of forming of the system of the valued orientations for future skilled workers and others like that. Going near determination of factors of professional fitness of student's young people to the capture a certain profession, methodical principles of vocational orientation of students of senior school in the conditions of studies after technological direction, feature of organization of work of educator of dormitory of professional educational institutions is also exposed in him, organizationally pedagogical terms of forming of khudozhne-estetichnoy culture in future skilled workers, maintenance, forms and methods of education of healthy way of life of future workers. A manual contains concrete recommendations in relation to research of level of formed of zagal'noprofesiynikh qualities of future skilled workers, evaluation of efficiency of leadthrough of employment and planning of an educate work, in professional educational institutions. A methodical manual is intended for the pedagogical workers of middle general and professional educational institutions, teachers of pedagogical higher educational establishments, workers of Government service of employment, research workers and graduate students.
