Abstract

This paper addresses the problem of formation of the psyche of the Ukrainian people in the works of A. Kulchytsky . In particular, the emphasis is on heopsyhichnomu or geographical factors forming mental Ukrainian people. Under the Ukrainian mentality A. Kulchytsky understands the ideal type of structure that integrates prykmetnosti mind, will and heart , which is approaching the majority of real Ukrainian psyche . The main factors that shaped the human psyche Ukrainian scientist include: racial , geographical ( heopsyhichni ) historical sotsiopsyhichni (public ) kulturomorfichni , deep psychological factor.
