Abstract

The article is about modern problems of penal theory and practice. Moreover this article demonstrates the conceptual points of view to the problem of improvement and resocialization of convicted juvenile in the context of penal process. The author analysed special literature about resocialization of convicted juvenile in Imprisonment Institutions. Besides the article proved psychological and pedagogical methods and instruments of correction and resocialization of convicted juvenile.
