Abstract
Analysis of actual state of global educational services’ market has been presented. The main modes of transnational higher education, which is developed in the context of trade services liberalization, have been characterized and analyzed. Social, financial and economical factors of transnational higher education development have been determined. Analysis of national strategies of leading English-speaking countries concerning functioning of transnational higher education has been carried out. New problems in educational sphere which need further investigations have been defined, in particular intensification of investments into higher education, expansion of access to qualitative higher education and activities of educational institutions.
