Abstract
It is represented a modern philosophical approaches of harmonious integrity, relativistic-pluralism, technocratic and also humanistic and fundamental conceptions of deafness indicated as: biomedical and sociocultural, that, from one side, continues and develops historical traditions of studies of deaf, taking into account the newest achievements of technical and scientific idea, from the other, represent mentality of the modern civilized society, where at the legislative level the personal rights of deaf persons are determined as to accessible education, receipt of information, comfortable communication. On the basis of conceptual positions of theoretical methodology groundings the theoretical model of becoming and educational development of a personality of a deaf child is worked out from a humanistic point of view.
