Abstract

In this article the concept of bilingual studies and essence of differences between such forms of bilingualism as verbal and sign are exposed. Natural ability of a deaf child under condition of special studies in becoming a personality as a bilingual as a result of being in two worlds and social necessity of confession and perception of two cultures. Attention is concentrated on the phenomenon of interference that can be the consequence of «mixing» of genetically remote languages.
