Abstract

At the article is exposed the new method of Ukrainian literature teaching on the example of «Forest Song» by Lesya Ukrainka for deaf students of the special schools, the innovation of which consists of in active application of Ukrainian Sign Language, that promotes cognitive and creative development of deaf students, and also conscious capture by them of the literary word, that in the turn, forms like to reading of fiction literature. At the article is disclosed the certainly reason of difficulties of the maintenance of literary work mastering and certainly ways of their overcoming. It is opened the literary appearances of the noted work are described by the mean of USL.
