Abstract

The article deals with the distinctive ethno-psychological features of managers of educational organizations. The authors analyze the correlations between the managers’ ethno-psychological characteristics and levels of educational organizations’ development. Educational organizations’ development has been shown to be associated with the strengthening of managers’ affiliation, openness, collectivism, and tolerance.
