Abstract

In article the essence of a principle decentralisation of management on the basis of the management theory as one of a direction of perfection of administrative activity of the head is opened, the interrelation of centralisation and decentralisation as is shown law of management by an educational institution, centralisation exponents are defined, the characteristic of its levels is given.
