Abstract
The paper is concerned with the meaning of deep comprehension of life by a person that makes them closer to the realization of truth and contributes to their spiritual growth and happiness. From the perspective of existential-humanistic approach the article proposes general guidelines of psychological support to a person in the reassessment of life values and in the revelation and assertion of high everyday meanings and also in the realization of their role in this process.
