Abstract

Content articles are devoted to topical issues of formation of information and communication environment of teaching physics as a factor in improving the learning process, increase its efficiency and quality, opening the possibility for the development of the individual student; system integration of information and communication technologies in the educational process, whereby the educational environment provided by a set of tools to communicate and interact with information, especially formed as the educational system, aiming at providing quality education, environment and development opportunities as a student and teacher. The analysis of the different interpretations of the concept of "educational environment", "Information and Educational Environment", "educational and information environment" and others. We consider the concept of "information and communication environment", "Information and communication subject environment." It was found that the activity of the organization in terms of ICT-rich educational environment requires appropriate changes in the interaction between the subjects of the educational process.
