Abstract
Some problems of production personnel continuous vocational training are considered. The essence of vocational life-long training is analyzed. Economic and social effectiveness of skilled workers in-service training, according to ILO modular methodology, as a factor of sustainable enterprise development and professional growth of employees is grounded.
