Abstract
The article analyzes the systematic psychological and pedagogical problem, which concerns the transformation of students into the actors of the learning process in the system of vocational education. Successful mastery of the skill of a qualified worker goes in the following way - the actor of educational activity, the actor quasi-professional training activities, the actor of one’s own mental activity, the actor of professional activity in the workplace. Actors and subjectivity of students is the minimum requirement for the introduction of elements of distance learning in vocational education, the successful use of tools and technologies by the students in the process of mastering the basics of their future professional activity. Educational professional subjectivity is simultaneously prerequisites to ensure the continuity of vocational training of skilled workers in the information society. In this regard, the formation of students in vocational and technical education system as the actors of educational activity is the systematic scientific problem that has many manifestations - psychological and pedagogical, different aspects - the methodological, theoretical and methodological, of a complex of successful solution of which depends on their becoming actors of the future professional activity.
