Abstract

The article considers problem of professional culture of teachers of special subjects of vocational education. Based on an interdisciplinary approach defined approaches to teaching experiment as a method of knowledge; defined the basic functions performed by the hypothesis of the study, revealed a general hypothesis that specified in part; the main task of experimental research of the professional culture of teachers of special subjects of building profiles; defined the approaches to the representativeness of the experimental results, which is provided through the choice of objects and subjects of the experiment, the number of pilot sites, the study and evaluation of competence of experts, timing and methods of research, program development requirements of the experiment, the study methods of the experiment, they advantages and disadvantages. The author defined the stages the experimental work, during which the study regulations, conceptual approaches to improve vocational and educational activities, are the leading ideas of the concept of vocational education, consulted with experts, defined approaches to stating and forming stages of program development professional and pedagogical skills, teaching and didactic software development and implementation of statistical treatment of results evaluation levels of professional culture of teachers of special subjects of vocational education.
