Abstract
: In this article based on the analysis of the functions of culture, educational and vocational-educational culture of teachers and specificity of vocational-educational activities of teachers of special subjects that prepare future skilled building workers, highlights the functions of development of professional culture of teachers of special subjects vocational education building profile. The essence of the humanistic, epistemological, compensatory, adaptive, developmental, axiological, communication, training, information, production-technological, diagnostic and reflexive functions. In analyzing the functions of development of professional culture of teachers of special subjects, it was determined that their role varies depending on the specific growth of the teacher, his professional and practical experience requirements of professional ethics, work culture teacher, formed a system of technical and technological knowledge in the construction industry.
