Abstract
The article discusses the following scientific approaches to the development of professional culture of teachers delivering special subjects concerning the field of construction: culturological, axiological, competence, activity, systematic, creative, personality oriented ones.Culturological approach is a set of methodological principles and methods that contribute to providing the wide range of vocational and pedagogical performance. Axiological approach facilitates the formation of core values and values that are directly related to the development of culture of a teacher delivering special subjects. Competence approach implies improving axiological, general culture, didactic, professional (construction), methodological, communicative, psychological and monitoring competencies. Systematic approach seeks to identify priority areas of professional development, to structure its content, to realize continuous personal improvement and self improvement of teachers delivering special subjects. Activity approach is characterized by professional and educational problems such as: educational process design, methodological support for teaching special subjects, organization and management of educational process at vocational schools. Creative approach is aimed at development of creative thinking of teachers delivering special subjects. Personality oriented approach in the development of professional culture ensures planning of didactic instruments and methodological guidelines, forecasting of forms, methods and technologies directed at development of an expert’s personality.
