Abstract

In a manual materials of research of problem of theory and practice of the legal and technological providing of organizational mechanism of management are presented by activity of general educational establishments in the conditions of modernisation changes. In him the психолого-педагогические problems of realization of the legal and technological providing of organizational mechanism of management are reflected by activity of general educational establishments, the criteria of levels of сформированости of professional competence of leaders of schools, ways and directions of increase, are reasonable their legal and administrative levels. A manual is addressed to the leaders of general educational establishments, teachers and listeners of establishments of the system of последипломного education, students, teachers, scientists of pedagogical universities.
