Abstract

The dissertation is theoretical-experimental research of problem of vocational training of master's degrees educational managers on the basis of reflection approach. Professional preparation of master's degrees on bases of reflection approach is directed on development of administrative reflection, that foresees application of complex of specially neat forms and methods of studies, directed on development at the students of ability competently to operate in accordance with the factors of the external and internal influencing.
