Abstract

This article presents a methodological approach to determining the forms of support and assistance to the person in professional self-determination. Attention is drawn to the fact that professional self-identity should include the possibility of free choice of a profession with effective self-development at all stages of life with the provision of appropriate care with respect to adequate perception of the socio-economic change, conscious perception of the goals and motives of professional activities, opportunities for further career growth.
