Abstract

In the article importance of professional competence of future workers is underlined in their adaptation to the real terms of labour. By basis in professional adaptation of candidates to labour, evaluation of efficiency them professional activity there is an analysis of kompetentnisnikh models in relation to the concrete places of labour.The proper professional studies must take place in the context of construction of paradigm, capture of values and professional competence, continuous professional development which will be instrumental in effective adaptation of future worker, the modern systems. The effective process of adaptation of graduating students is possible on condition of application in educational establishments of the individual programs psikhologo-pedagogical help oriented to development of jurisdictions of specialist in accordance with his descriptions, capabilities and professional capabilities.
