Abstract

In article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of development of the variation of elective programs of training the research and teaching staff in the system of post-graduate education. Proof is based on the analysis of fundamental ideas as the dialectic interaction between basic and applied knowledge that is the basis of twovektors’ model professional activities of scientific and pedagogical staff. In article outline the basic andragogics principles in the system of post-graduate education and illustrated the variation of elective programs at different levels of training (approaches to development, special and specific).
