Abstract
The aspects of blended learning for workers in-service training are represented in the article. The nature of “blended learning” and its applicability to for in-service training of workers is envisaged. The way of organization and the role of a teacher in the framework of blended learning are analyzed. Methods, strategies, resources and tools of blended learning according to the student’s training activity are broken out.
