Abstract
It is educed that the followings belong to the components of educational activity in particular they are aim and goal setting, planning, resourcing, conducting in certain divisions (industrial-technical courses, training courses etc.) and assurance of its relevance in the framework of a particular working place. It is proved that organizational-pedagogical conditions provide general managing function, on one hand, and educational one, on the other hand, that coordinates the components of training process. Training organizational-pedagogical conditions for qualified workers in the framework of hi-tech industry are defined and theoretically proved. They are the following: the use of innovations by trainers in their professional activity, sustainable improvement of their professional mastering and skills development to get outside of newest informational-pedagogical tools and technologies; profession-oriented training taking into account the industrial specific and sustainable changes of scientific-technical ideas of a particular field; sustainable development of safety culture for professional activities of qualified workers; trainers’ purposeful activities on development of special professionally important features of a worker needed to save the labour high-productivity; compulsory learning, realization and implementation of energy-efficiency into professional activity of high-qualified workers. Andragogical principles are analyzed to support the realization of relevant conditions in particular the principle of sustainable support, unity of three environments, activity and contextual training, reflection. The need in development of priority health-saving, labour-protecting and energy-efficient activity is grounded. Specific professionally-important features of qualified workers are defined. They are equability of mind, ability to handle stress, ability to high productive work in the framework of difficult industrial conditions, observation, adaptive tracking, attentiveness, rapport, creativity, communication, responsibility, self-consistency, professional reliance. It is purposeful to orient the training activity of qualified workers on development of already above mentioned qualities.
