Abstract

The problem of mobbing – mental violence, including a violence in a children's team. Mobbing or harassment is regarded as a kind, although with the maximum deformation, form of self-government, a variety of natural regulation in a small group. It in fact, is the result of the formation of the "wild" self-government – a kind of attempt to regulate of the social relations, but without the moral attitudes, excluding civilizational experience of democratic achievements. This "wild" self-government leads to the substitution of democratic procedures, psychological pressure and violence that is aimed at providing community management. Proposed pedagogically expedient ways to prevent mobbing - pedagogical support properly, democratically organized government in the collective interaction and parents and teachers.
