Abstract
Work is executed in accordance with the program of joint activities of the Ministry of Education and Science and the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine until 2015. In methodical recommendations disclosed kvalimetrichnogo theoretical foundations of the approach to the evaluation of vocational education is considered a quotient-criterial modeling to develop tools of evaluation, provides guidance on how to use spreadsheet application Excel. Separately analyzed the possibility of using factor-criterion models for monitoring to adjust the current vocational activities and its periodic adjustment based on the results of certification. One component of the presented work is the methodical recommendations on evaluation of training skilled workers. Designed for managers of vocational educational institutions, scientific and educational centers of technical and vocational education, the civil servant for monitoring and evaluation procedures for training skilled workers.
