Abstract

skilled workers their ideological competence in terms of systemic changes that are viewed not only in the social and economic changes, but also in changing the ideological paradigm. Performed analytical review of the scientifi c and methodological sources than it is proved that the problem of ideological competence is relevant, despite the presence of domestic and foreign research scientists. It is proved that the entry of humanity in the twenty-fi rst century is marked formidable global problems. So, naturally, that the focus of all social structures, all educational establishments and institutions focused on the problem of man, his nature, his destructive infl uence on their environment. The content of the concept of competence worldview that has a multi-component, which exists between the components of a syncretic unity. It is considered that UNESCO declared the twenty-fi rst century « the century of education.» The twenty-fi rst century model of education should form with the advances in the fundamental sciences a new type of world view (noosferno – synergy, integrity holistic, integrated- kosmogalaktichesky, positive high-vibration), a new behavioral dominant medium of the future of any professional knowledge. This innovative transformation is ensured, fi rst of all, updated content, and the techniques and methods of operation of vocational education.
