Abstract

The article presents the multivariate analysis of professionally significant components of pedagogical skills of teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature, which coincide with the sought-after community of innovative content and roles, adequate psychological structure of vocational and educational activities that are necessary to continuously develop to achieve a professional acme-tops. Justified the introduction of the concept of scientific revolution akmelingvisticheskogo skill as essential component of pedagogical skills-language and literature teachers. Defined a set of measures for the improvement of the essential components of pedagogical skills of teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature for mezhattestatsionny cycle.
