Abstract
The article is devoted to the realization of fundamental ideas individually oriented approach in the study of syntax and punctuation Ukrainian language students of 8-9 grades. Scientific concepts considered individually oriented approach with integrity and feature independent understanding and interpretation of the role, place teacher and student in the organization of the educational process, systematic strategy for their coverage. Concretized the basic principles of individually oriented approach in the process of syntactic and punctuation competencies of students 8-9 grades. Specifies the meaning of «approach», «personality oriented approach», «syntactic competence», «competency punctuation».
