Abstract

The role and place of the corporate university as one of the modern forms of intra-firm staff training was analyzed. The need for a systematic approach and creation of unified corporate university model, an example of which may be the International Association for Corporate Education (IACS) was revealed. One of the major tasks of corporate education is the formation of bank of information resources and mechanism for its effective use in order to exchange information, knowledge and best practices. It is proved that the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate training will be provided by using triple spiral model: business, university, government.
