Abstract

It is established that the legal competence of pedagogical employees of VET institutions in the field copyright protection at intellectual property products - it systemic education that integrates knowledge of rights, duties and responsibilities, ability to adopt jurisdictional ways to protect, skills registration of claims, complaints, appeals, cassation, experience of interaction between actors related rights as personal property that enable the successful resolution of legal problems arising in professional and educational activities.
