Abstract

The study showed that the mechanism of getting confidential information of pedagogues is based on the human factor. Considered the ways of protection the privacy of personal information in the Internet. The article deals with the legal interpretation of the concept of confidential information and determine the content of privacy. Considered confidentiality agreement and highlight the main features of the agreement. The basic provisions of confidential information about the possibility of pedagogical workers of VET institutions.
