Abstract
The article represents the issues of VET school teachers' intellectual property rights violation via legal action. The attention is drawn to the definition of civil court procedures as a regulated with civilprocedural law order of its implementation in civil rights. The legal base for VET school teachers' production in court is set out. The issue of civil procedures language is envisaged. The information on the subjects of civil proceeding is reviewed. The attention is emphasized on the representativeness in the courts. It is said that the representative with the rights to conduct the case has the right to act on the name of the person he/she represents. The content, form and issues of that application form are grounded. It is also said that proofs can be any facts which can be used to ground any circumstances to solve the problem or case. The procedural terms of the case are concentrated. The content of the judicial ruling on the proceedings is investigated. The application content to provide the claim in the matters of civil justice is envisaged. The attention is drawn to judicial decisions and their forms: definition and solution. It is investigated that the judgment is made on a special form, signed by a judge (judges) which approved it and sealed by the court stamp. Copies of the judgment are rendered to involved to the case people. The judgment takes its effect after the deadline of submission of its appeal. It is found out that claims related to infringement of copyright can be given within three years from the moment a teacher of a VET school learned or could learn about his/her human rights violations.
