Abstract

There are given such definitions in this paper: 1) research competence as the personal formation that manifests in the willingness and ability to implement researches and includes cognitive, praxeological, axiological, and social-behavioral components; 2) student's research competence as the personal formation that manifests in the willingness and ability to implement learning and research activities and includes cognitive, praxeological, axiological, and social-behavioral components; 3) student's subject research competence as the personal formation that manifests in the willingness and ability to implement subject learning and research activities and includes cognitive, praxeological, axiological, and social-behavioral components. High school students research ICT-competencies in profile physics learning are reviewed. The method of evaluation the level of their formation based on competencies matrices is given.
