Abstract

The article discusses the impact of ethical factors on the developmentexperience of teachers in higher education. It is noted that along with specialized training academics to help form a rich spiritually, intellectually advanced, value oriented person capable of work and work under the laws of beauty and goodness, honor, loyalty, generosity. Focuses on universal moral values that are inherent to each teacher. Disclosed personal qualities that should be inherent in the teacher. Based on the characteristics of moral self-regulation, there are three levels (modules) moral perfection teacher and the main structural components of its moral and ethical culture.
