Abstract

The article deals with innovative social development caused by the rapid growth of science and new technologies influence on it; focuses on the conditions of successful implementation of public technology policy, development and implementation of critical technologies through mechanisms of state regulation as priority innovative scientific and technological development; summarizes the factors determining the critical technologies; deals with the technology transfer which is now turned into an independent form of international economic relations at international and local levels, technology transfer and so on.
