Abstract
The relevance of management studies of vocational education as a subject-to-subject interaction is shown. The solution of this problem depends on development of new approaches, technologies and management tools of vocational education and training, and production process, in particular. The research position related to the phenomenon of "management subjects" is substantiated and the communicative potential of the control subjects on the basis of interaction and communication, aimed at the realization of control functions is described. The results of the research, which assumed an empirical test of theoretical foundations of interaction between management subjects, specifically the structure of the interaction, its functional model, the role of communicative competence of a school head in management problem solving are highlighted. The concept of dual nature of subject-subject interaction has received the further development. It is proved that non-verbal means of expression are the mediator of the interaction subjects. They are a medium of moral and ethical, professional and psychological characteristics and qualities of the subjects, regardless of the verbal content of speech. Therefore, further work should stimulate management subjects to develop communication skills of verbal and non-verbal contact. Comparative results of study of communication skills’ development (of vocational schools managers), including verbal and non-verbal contact are presented. The analysis of the results obtained before and after the experiment confirmed the possibility, feasibility, and effectiveness of self-management in order to develop the communicative competence. The practical need for a social psychological theory of management communication as the basis for optimization of techniques and methods of communication management training is grounded.
