Abstract

This article is intended to cover the need to extend the implementation of risk-based approach by educational institutions to realize the conception of sustainable development of the state, because instilling a safety culture of professional activity of humanity is directly related with this methodology. This methodology is a tool to determine the level of hazards. It is also used for the determination of levels of achievement of optimal and effective use of available resources of the regions, the improvement of the safety of staff of business entities and the preservation of the environment, if this condition is met.
