Abstract

Structural and logical components of and requirements to program-methodical providing of intra-firm staff education management were found on the basis of modern approaches, in particular: the place of training activities in the overall system of intra-firm training, goals and objectives of study, content of knowledge, abilities and skills, which will be trained in the classroom, forms and methods of training, properly chosen target audience, expected results in concrete measuring concepts.
