Abstract

The author identified the following features of the implementation of competence approach in terms of intra-firm staff training: the development of a proactive competence model, coordination the objectives with the expectations of staff, diagnostic levels of competence, conduct intra-firm training, analysis of the results and adjustments the competency model. Designed levels and stages of the competence-based approach of intra-firm staff training.
