Abstract
This article highlights the problems of propaedeutics of information culture formation in preschool and early school years. It reveals the principles, conceptual frameworks, mechanisms of continuous development of information culture. The processes and characteristics of ICT application of in the learning process of children of primary school and preschool ages are described. The main factors that influence the effectiveness of training and safe use of computer technology being essential to the health of children of this age are identified. Methodological advice and psychological and pedagogical requirements for educational environment design, providing psychological comfort of the child using computer gaming and e-learning tools that are essential for the formation of information culture propaedeutics are outlined.
