Abstract
In the article the essence of pedagogical skills as a social and educational, scientific, theoretical, methodological, acmeological phenomena in their dialectical unity. Traced categorical value methodological scientific category of pedagogical skills with pedagogical concepts paradigmatic context which determines the direction of continuous professional and personal growth teacher in terms of postgraduate education, his professional and pedagogical action of a new quality. Made multivariate analysis of structural and pedagogical skills meaningful parameters as an integrative system. Developed criteria of formation of pedagogical skill of the teacher in the system of postgraduate education.
