Abstract

The article highlights topical issues of social partnership in the management of vocational educational institution, presented some results of empirical research of socio-VET partnerships, implementation model of social partnership in VET, based on institutional, developmental, communicative and dialogic approaches. A generalization of the empirical data led to the conclusion that the resources of social partnership in the management of vocational educational establishment used primarily by a third and it is necessary to search for their revitalization especially in the implementation of the decentralization reforms in Ukraine. The proposed model of social partnership provides a comprehensive implementation of specific projects aimed at achieving the objectives in many areas of social partnerships. However, implementation of this model involves developed and thought out plan institutionally enshrined competencies and responsibilities of participants, and provides some financial resursnozatratnist. Social partnership projects an alternative model of development of complex social patnerstva is less institutionalized, resource-dependent as defined in time and aimed at adjusting the "weaknesses" in the development of specific VET. Social partnership projects, subject to the successful implementation of the future will have a significant impact on the image and status of vocational schools.
